Kemungkinan besar adalah karena SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 motor yang di rancang untuk kecepatan tinggi, malah salah seorang mekanik balap liar di Jember pernah mengatakan " FU gak usah di apa - apain dari sononya sudah kenceng " maksudnya adalah SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 meskipun tidak di modifikasi (standar Pabrik) sudah kencang larinya.

Mengapa SATRIA FU 150 sangat di gandrungi oleh para anak muda?.

Karena SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 mengaplikasi mesin dengan tehnologi DOHC (Double Overhead Camshafts) yang berarti noken as pada SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 ada dua. satu noken as untuk mebuka dua klep isap dan satu noken as lagi untuk membuka dua klep buang.



Dan SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 juga menggunakan tehnologi SCEM yang melapisi silinder. Meskipun sangat tipis, lapisan tersebut sangat kuat dan SCEM juga dapat melepas panas secara cepat, sehingga suhu mesin selalu stabil. Dan berkat tehnologi SCEM bobot dari silinder SUZUKI SATRIA FU 150 lebih ringan dari silinder motor 125cc dengan tehnologi konvensional (besi tuang).

Akhirnya SUZUKI Indonesia membuktikan produk baru SUZUKI untuk pasar Asia Tenggara di luncurkan pertama kali di Indonesia. Akan tetapi pada kurva pengapian Shogun Axelo di atur ulang sehingga Shogun Axelo lebih panjang nafasnya di tiap gigi. Dan penyempurnaan - penyempurnaan terus dilakukan oleh pihak SUZUKI demi kenyamanan dalam berkendara seperti di tambahkannya piranti anti knocking pada CDI. Sehingga meskipun SUZUKI SHOGUN AXELO di isi bahan bakar premium, tidak akan terjadi knocking pada mesin.

MACAM - MACAM BUSI


Dilihat dari kegunaan busi di bedakan menjadi dua macam yaitu: Busi panas dan busi dingin. Di kalangan masyarakat, banyak anggapan yang keliru. Mereka beranggapan busi dingin lebih baik dari busi panas. Yang membedakan dari kedua macam busi adalah kemampuan dalam menyalurkan panas. Busi panas lebih lambat dalam menyalurkan panas yang di terima. Sebaliknya busi dingin lebih cepat menyalurkan panas. Komponen yang membedakan adalah panjang insulator. Busi dingin mempunyai ujung isulator yang lebih panjang.

Tiap-tiap pabrikan produsen busi mempunyai kode yang berbeda, bisasanya semakin tinggi angkanya, semakin dingin tipe busi itu. Busi dingin tidak bisa bekerja pada temperatur di bawah 400 derajat celcius, apabila di paksakan akibatnya di ruang bakar akan terjadi carbon fouling atau pembakaran tidak sempurna dan akan menyebabkan detonasi atau knocking.

Aplikasi busi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah apabila anda berada di daerah pegunungan yang suhunya dingin, lebih baik anda menggunakan busi yang lebih panas dari busi standar pabrik. Apabila anda memaksakan memakai busi dingin akan terjadi pembakaran yang tidak sempurna dan mesin susah hidup. Dan untuk motor yang sudah dimodifikasi bore up, lebih baik mengganti busi yang lebih dingin. Karena selain kapasitas mesin meningkat, motor bore up biasanya juga dibarengi peningkatan kompresi yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya panas mesin.

Tehnologi busi semakin hari semakin berkembang, awalnya busi banyak menggunakan material dari nikel. Tapi seiringnya waktu, busi tidak lagi cuma menggunakan nikel. Tapi juga menggunakan tembaga, emas, platinum, dan yang terbaru iridium.

Banyak anggapan keliru dari masyrakat, memakai busi dengan ternologi terbaru dapat meningkatkan performa motor. Misalnya Iridium, Busi Iridium dibuat pabrikan busi bukan di dasarkan pada penghantar listrik terbaik, melainkan di dasarkan pada daya tahan terhadap panas. Semakin tinggi titik leburnya, semakin tinggi pula kwalitas busi.

Kalau di lihat dari penghantar listrik terbaik, jelas tembaga atau cooperlah penghantar listrik terbaik di bandingkan emas, platinum, maupun iridium. Tapi sekali lagi perlu di ingat, busi tidak memerlukan penghantar listrik yang baik melainkan yang kuat terhadap panas.

Karena, makin kuat busi terhadap panas. Maka busi dapat bekerja lebih optimal di mesin bertemperatur lebih tinggi. Itulah sebabnya, Iridium banyak di aplikasi di motor balap yang ruang bakarnya bertemperatur hingga ribuan derajat celcius. Selain tahan panas, kelebihan iridium adalah luas penampang permukaannya hanya 0,4mm. Bahan tersebut di lekatkan dengan pengelasan sistem laser.

Dan untuk motor yang mengaplikasi tehnologi elektronik cukup tinggi contohnya spidometer digital, CDI setingan computer, dan motor yang memakai injeksi bahan bakar, lebih baik memakai busi yang ada berresistor. Resistor berfungsi mengurangi efek frekwensi yang ditimbulkan oleh sistem pembakaran yang akan menggangu kinerja dari alat elektronik tersebut.
